Irena Harrison is a consulting counsellor and coach in spirit development, a collegial, explorative process for maturing personal, community and corporate aspiration.

Irena is the founder and principal of Spirit Development International, a consultancy supporting people to reconsider and reinvest in what animates and unites them. She has a special interest in how founding stories are understood and expressed. How the spirit of people and place is aroused. How purpose is convoked. And how individuals and collectives realise and communicate their intention, character and calling. Her key

professional commitment is to facilitating appreciative enquiry, appraisal and change.

Irena's core qualifications are in education and business. Her post graduate credentials are in community and organisation development, counselling, coaching, group facilitation and supervision. She is presently engaged in researching the impacts of strengths based discourse in service based enterprises.

A past Director of Mission and Trustee of MercyCare Ltd, Irena has also served as CEO and Board Member of Fairbridge WA Inc., as Chair of the Management Committee of Camp Quality WA and as a member of the Leadership Team of the Psychotherapists and Counsellors Federation of Australia WA. More recently, Irena instituted Supervisors Guild Australia (SGA) and Peace-People (PP), local networks of people interested in growing awareness and capacity.

Irena Harrison is a current, professional member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Psychotherapists and Counsellors Federation of Australia Western Australia (PACFA West) and Spiritual Directors International (SDI).
